Jill Dash has been a member of IFFP since 2021, along with her husband, Jerome Brown, and her daughters, Maya and Harper. She is an attorney at the Department of Justice Civil Rights Division in the Policy and Strategy Section and previously worked at the American Constitution Society, as well as in private practice with brief stints in earlier government service. Jill served on the board of the Women’s Bar Association of DC for 15 years, including as president from 2019-2020. She also serves on the President’s Council of Cornell Women, including on their Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee. She earned a B.A. in American Studies from Cornell University and a J.D. from Duke University School of Law. Jill is originally from North Miami Beach, Florida and enjoys cooking (including the challah recipe she mastered during the pandemic), running, and networking to help others.
