Barukh atah Adonai, Eloheinu, melekh ha-olam boray p’ri ha-gafen.

Blessed are You, Adonai, Spirit of the universe, Creator of the fruit of the vine.

בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְיָ, אֱלֹהֵינוּ מֶלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם, הַמּוֹצִיא לֶחֶם מִן הָאָרֶץ 

Barukh atah Adonai, Eloheinu, melekh ha-olam hamotzi lechem min ha’aretz. 

Blessed are You, Adonai, Spirit of the Universe who brings forth bread from the earth.

Oseh Shalom (Make peace)

עֹשֶׂה שָׁלוֹם בִּמְרוֹמָיו, הוּא יַעֲשֶׂה שָׁלוֹם עָלֵינוּ וְעַל כָּל יִשְׂרָאֵל, וְאִמְרוּ אָמֵן

Oseh shalom bimromav, hu ya-aseh shalom aleinu v’al kol yisra-eil, v’imru amein

May there be abundant peace from heaven, and life for us and for all people; and let us say, Amen.

Sh’mah and Ve’Ahavta

שְׁמַע יִשְׂרָאֵל, יְהוָה אֱלֹהֵינוּ, יְהוָה אֶחָד

Sh’ma Yisra-eil, Adonai Eloheinu Adonai Echad.

Hear, O Israel: Adonai is our God, Adonai is one.

בָּרוּךְ שֵׁם כְּבוֹד מַלְכוּתוֹ לְעוֹלָם וָעֶד

Baruch sheim k’vod malchuto l’olam va-ed.

Blessed is God’s glory forever and ever.

V’ahavta eit Adonai elohecha, b’chol l’vav’cha, uv’chol nafsh’cha, uv’chol m’odecha. V’hayu had’varim ha-eileh, asher anochi m’tzav’cha Hayom, al l’vavecha. V’shinantam l’vanecha, v’dibarta bam, b’shivt’cha b’veitecha, uv’lecht’cha vaderech, uv’shochb’cha, uv’kumecha. Uk’shartam l’ot al yadecha, v’hayu l’totafot bein einecha. Uch’tavtam al m’zuzot beitecha uvisharecha.

וְאָהַבְתָּ אֵת יְיָ אֱלֹהֶיךָ, בְּכָל לְבָבְךָ, וּבְכָל נַפְשְׁךָ, וּבְכָל מְאֹדֶךָ. וְהָיוּ הַדְּבָרִים הָאֵלֶּה, אֲשֶׁר אָנֹכִי מְצַוְּךָ הַיּוֹם, עַל לְבָבֶךָ. וְשִׁנַּנְתָּם לְבָנֶיךָ, וְדִבַּרְתָּ בָּם, בְּשִׁבְתְּךָ בְּבֵיתֶךָ, וּבְלֶכְתְּךָ בַדֶּרֶךְ, וּבְשָׁכְבְּךָ, וּבְקוּמֶךָ. וּקְשַׁרְתָּם לְאוֹת עַל יָדֶךָ, וְהָיוּ לְטֹטָפֹת בֵּין עֵינֶיךָ. וּכְתַבְתָּם עַל מְזֻזוֹת בֵּיתֶךָ וּבִשְׁעָרֶיךָ

And you shall love Adonai your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your might. And these words, which I command you this day, shall be upon your heart: and you shall teach them diligently unto your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise up. And you shall bind them for a sign upon your hand, and they shall be for frontlets between your eyes. And you shall write them upon the door-posts of your house, and upon your gates. 

Shechechiyanu (prayer of thanksgiving usually said at first time, unusual, and/or time-bound joyous occasions.)

Baruch Atah Adonai Eloheinu Melech Ha-Olam Shehehchiyahnu vekiyamanu vehegianu lazman ha-zeh.

Blessed are You, Adonai our God, Spirit of the universe, who has kept us alive, and sustained us, and enabled us to reach this moment. 

Tallit Prayer

בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְיָ אֱלֹהֵינוּ מֶלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם אֲשֶר קִדְּשָׁנוּ בְּמִצְוֹתָיו, וְצִוָּנוּ לְהִתְעַטֵּף בַּצִּיצִת

Barukh atah Adonai, Eloheinu, melekh ha’olam  asher kidishanu b’mitz’votav v’tzivanu l’hit’ateif ba-tzitzit

Blessed are you, Adonai, our God, sovereign of the universe Who has sanctified us with their commandments and commanded us to wrap ourselves in the tzitzit

Parents’ Blessing for B’Mitzvah

בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְיָ אֱלֹהֵינוּ מֶלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם שֶפְּטָרַנִי מֵעָנְשה שֶלָזֶה.

Baruch atah Adonai Eloheinu melech ha-olam sheptarani me-ansho shela-zeh

Praised is God who has granted new responsibility to [name] and to us. As [name] begins to enjoy their new status among the Jewish people, a status that redefines our role in their life, may God grant us the wisdom to continue as guides and counselors, allowing [name] to live in accordance with the teachings of the Torah as a responsible Jewish adult.
