IFFP has created a robust virtual program for families that live outside the D.C. Metro Area.
Curriculum
Children learn about our religious traditions, question them, and develop their own understanding of and relationship with these traditions. Read a summary of the curriculum by age group for our Interfaith Sunday School. Learn more about how we approach thorny theological issues like Jesus and miracles.
Visit for free until you are ready to join! Please complete the ‘About my Child’ form before your first visit.
Don’t let cost deter you. Our treasurer will work with you so tuition and membership are not a burden. Contact the IFFP Treasurer at iffptreasurer@iffp.org.
Special Events
We make a deliberate effort to involve our virtual members through Zoom in all of our events. This includes interactive children’s services for the High Holy Days, online activities during our Holiday Party and Purim Carnival, and even virtual renditions of a Nativity Play and a Purim Spiel. In certain years, these plays are presented by Virtual Sunday School classes, while in other years, they’re performed by our local Sunday School classes. The year concludes with the annual Coming of Age Program ceremony, which is also streamed like all our other gatherings.
For a complete schedule, please refer to our calendar. Choose the “Local & Virtual Sunday School” category to see all dates.
Visit our other programs virtually as well! New members get six-months free. Attend events, access our clergy, join groups and committees, and get discounts on lifecycle events, workshops, and tuition. Learn more about virtual membership.

“This curriculum is AMAZING! I have taught religious education – both Christian and interfaith – and I have never had such a good curriculum. It is well thought out and well written and the format makes it easy to teach and follow. I really mean it – I love how good the curriculum is!!!”
