Michael Obieter and his family–wife, Kristen, and their children Talia (8) and Benjamin (6)–joined IFFP in 2021. Michael was raised Jewish, while Kristen was raised Lutheran. Following their “Jewtheran” wedding and the birth of their kids, Michael and Kristen joined IFFP to provide their family with the religious and spiritual community they remembered from their own childhoods.
Michael is Senior Vice President at Boundary Stone Partners, a DC-based clean energy and climate tech consulting firm. He has a bachelor’s degree in math and history from Williams College and a masters in environmental policy from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies. He and his family live in Chevy Chase, MD.
