The Interfaith Families Project of Greater Washington, DC is thrilled to partner with The Family School of Chicago for an engaging and open-hearted conversation focused on the unique experiences, challenges, and joys of interfaith families.

Event Details
This virtual gathering, “Around the Table with Interfaith Families: A Conversation about Community and Connection,” will explore family traditions, interfaith identity, the power of inclusive communities, and ways to strengthen connections across our networks. We’re excited to feature these distinguished speakers:

Featured Speakers

  • Rabbi Ari Moffic – Director of Youth and Teen Experiences at The Cohen Kadima Program, Rabbi Moffic has dedicated over two decades to Jewish education and interfaith family support.
  • Susan Katz Miller – Renowned author and interfaith family advocate, and an interfaith child and parent, she has led national conversations on interfaith identity through her books and work featured on NPR, PBS, The Washington Post, and more.
  • Rev. Samantha Gonzalez-Block – Christian Spiritual Leader at the Interfaith Families Project. Raised in a Jewish-Christian family, Rev. Sam fosters interfaith inclusivity and creates meaningful connections through her work and community involvement.
